From the survey conducted on HNWIs within the region, 80 percent preferred Dubai as the place to make investments this year. 40% of them are interested in making residential market investment, another 40% in hotels and leisure property investments, and the other 20% in retail investments. Following this trend, it is but sensible to make investments in property in Dubai.
