People working in a construction site are of great risks as compared to people working in a normal office setting. This safety management plan is usually done by contractors or some engineers but it not enough to just write it and have it filed and put on the shelf. It is important to carefully asses all the risks involved in a specific construction project and formulate protocols that will suit on addressing the said risks.
